Our Services
In-School Support
We offer schools the opportunity to provide services to their students in partnership with an established Behavior Analytic agency. This model provides supervisory staff educated in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to train and supervise school personnel working with students with intensive educational and behavioral needs. Additionally, case supervision, ongoing training, and curriculum are provided.
Individualized services are also offered to provide inclusion support staff to increase the likelihood that children with behavioral challenges can remain within the public school setting. Full or part time behavioral therapists are available to work within the classroom or directly with specific students while supporting the classroom teacher and other support staff.
Professional Development: Our staff is available to present to your administration team, classroom teachers and paraprofessionals on a wide range of topics related to addressing classroom behavior, skill acquisition and positive behavior supports. Professional development presentations range in duration from 50 minutes to three hours. We will work with you to identify the topic, duration and depth of the training based on your individual school and staff needs.
Teacher and Paraprofessional Trainings: Our staff is available to present trainings focused on IEP development based on assessments, data collection, data based decision making, and creating a collaborative classroom. These trainings are designed to support and build in district capacity and knowledge in evidenced based educational practices.
Whole Class Consultation: A consultant will work directly with the classroom teacher to identify areas requiring support including but not limited to classroom management, behavior support plans, and curriculum development. As a team, they will create a plan to address the areas and a data collection system that will help guide program changes. You have the option of a one-time consultation which includes plan development and data design or ongoing consultation which includes plan development, data design, data collection, analysis and progress monitoring.
Transition Planning and Assistance: Our staff will work with your team to create a systematic transition plan for students returning to their home district, changing schools or moving from one class to another. The clinician will provide oversight and plan development in order to increase the likelihood of a successful transition to the identified new placement. If desired, we are able to provide staffing assistance to provide support to paraprofessionals and teachers during the transition period.
Functional Behavior Assessment: This assessment will be completed within the school setting. The consultant working with the educational team will interview teachers, the child if appropriate and observe the area of concern. Based on the data collected during the interviews and observation the consultant will hypothesize the function of the negative behaviors. With input from the team, appropriate replacement behaviors will be identified as well as teaching methodologies.
Behavior Support Plan: A consultant will work with your team to design a school friendly behavior support plan in order to increase appropriate, desired behaviors while reducing inappropriate, undesired behaviors. The team will work together to ensure replacement behaviors are taught in a manner that best fits your needs while utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You have the option of a one-time consultation which includes plan development or ongoing consultation which includes data collection, analysis and progress monitoring.
Individual Curriculum Programming: A consultant will work with the teacher to design lesson plans that target individual student needs. The program may cover any of the following areas; cognition, social, communication, daily living, behavior and school based skills. The consultant will work with the educational team to design lessons that are simple and effective. You have the option of a one-time program planning which includes program development, up to 5 child specific lessons or ongoing programming which includes lesson development, training, data collection, analysis, progress monitoring and lesson updates.
Full or Part-Time Staff: Our staff is available to provide one on one support to identified students on a full-time or part-time basis. Our Management group will work with administration to identify a staff member that best meets the needs of the student, class and school.
At Home Support
Our staff work together with your family to implement behavioral programs targeted to promote the development of age appropriate social interactions, communication skills, daily living skills and the reduction of negative behaviors that interfere with family life.
Services are provided in the home and scheduled in a way that works best for young children and busy families.
If a child is attending early intervention groups or a school program, the team may decide to have some services provided on site to allow opportunities for inclusion and coordination of goals and teaching strategies.

You have the option of a one-time program planning which includes program development up to 5 child specific lessons or ongoing programming which includes lesson development, training, data collection, analysis, progress monitoring and lesson updates.
Community Based Integration: A consultant will work with you to identify the main areas of concern regarding community integration. Once areas of need have been identified the consultant will support you and your child directly within the community. The goal is to provide in the moment coaching within the community setting. You have the option of having a one-time community consultation or multiple community consultations which include in the moment feedback, data collection, analysis and progress monitoring.
Toilet Training Support: A consultant will work with your family to design a toilet training protocol that addresses individual child needs. The protocol will be based on the use of positive reinforcement and other principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You have the option of a one-time protocol design; protocol design and training; or protocol design, training and implementation support. Your family is able to pick the level of support in order to increase the likelihood of success.

All of our BCBAs are authorized to provide supervision to students studying to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
